– Currently, due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. Refunds: 
– If your product is damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of purchase.  
– Refunds will be issued after verification, either in the form of a replacement or monetary refund.

3. Reporting a Problem:
– Email us at info@smubfoods.com with your order details, picture of the issue, and reason for the complaint.

4. Exceptions: 
– Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.

5. Delivery Delays: 
– SMUB Foods is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping companies but will assist you in resolution.
